*Corporate Discount was misleadingly told incorrect as Rs. 5000 for Santro when it was really 3 thousand, just for the sake of making me book the car by paying my hard earned 50, 000.00. Hence **Rs. 2000 eaten** by Murugan, the sales Team Lead(as he told) in SPS.
* Insurance was said to be Rs. 16667.00 in the price sheet / quotation. When the insurance policy came to hands, it showed only Rs. 10, 240.00. SO, **Rs. 6000.00 eaten **by SPS Hyundai Tiruvallur.
* Spare key not given at the time of pooja delivery. Murugan, the scoundrel told lie and cheated me saying the spare key comes with RC after registration for a **READY CASH purchased vehicle**. Perhaps a plan to steal my vehicle and sell it before registration and make a 4.2 lacs for his a**
** No mileage test done at the time of delivery as assured by Muruan during booking.
** SPS rotated and makes interest of my money(4.2 lacs) paid in full and never delivers the vehicle in 5 day time as promised during the booking.
**Worst quality accessories provided by Murugan. A sterring grip which is not at all for a Santro stering. Too lose to hold and maneuver. The worst quality car body cover which was torn before 6 months of purchase.
