I am happy to report that the issue has been resolved, through the intervention of Mr Shrikant of SR Furn, Chennai. He took the initiative to get the ordered goods sent to us from Mumbai when his Chennai transporters failed to provide service.
We have received the ordered reclining folding chairs in Pune in good condition and withdraw the complaint against the company.
