Food is average . The quantity is very very verrrrrrry less even if the food taste average/good. Presentation is bad, they present biryanis in a small steel plate which is not very appealing to me . I lost my appetite seeing that. But the food is better than the presentation.
Ambience is not so good as it is always crowded.(the food is not so great but as there is no pure veg restaurant in the area labeled with a brand like this people go here I guess). it is crowded and very noisy . as soon as we enter we feel like getting out of their asap. so if u want a quieter place to have some decent conversation I wont suggest here.
Customer service is very bad, they wont mind you unless and until you shout out to them, pretty shame for a big brand like this . I had to order like 3 time to get my orders on place after an hour which is kinda irritating.
Value for money would have been fine if they had more quantity in them. The dosa;s are so much oily that you might get a feeling of puking with the excess oil. The rice items are great though. Even sides are great .
its pretty fine not as great . if they would find out a solution for their’QUANTITY’ issues it would be much more tolerable.
