I went to open a bank account with this bank
When I was shocked to hear some thing in this mordern period and will discuss later in my review below so please read they whole review it will surely be very useful.
Firstly let me tell you there are very less number of employees and only 1 single branch in whole chennai.
Phone banking: There is no phone banking in this bank no phone in era where we do all our transactions online think how would it be to not have phone banking in 2017 so I got fed up with this bank .
Atm availablity: They dont have their own atm but you can transact on other banks atm but only works on other banks. So atm availability is nil for atm services.
Internet banking : There is no internet banking availble because they dont have a nice website they website is so bad that no internet banking available .
Customer service : they customer service is very avaerage because they dont do neft on same dY it takes two dats for neft. And another is that they dont pickup your call and also they dont reply till 2 mins of they call starting so I dont like this bank so I shifted my account to idbi bank .
