Customer complaint about the behavior of your sales staff in Connaught Place, Delhi, showroom, especially a sales-boy named Bhanu. I heard about Sreeleathers some 4 years ago from a friend and have been a regular visitor of your Connaught Place, Delhi store eversince. Now, when I look back, I can recall how many times I have stepped out from the CP store happy and contended for having my money spent on good stuff. Needless to say, have also recommended Sreeleathers to family and friends.
But it seems that it is getting too much for your sales staff to handle - the Delhites who come flocking every day to your store. It seems that it is becoming unmanageable for your staff to solve everyone’s queries with the same jolly good smile which was there some 3 years ago.
So, day before yesterday (14th Dec, Sat) I went to the same CP store to buy shoes. I had a look at the models on the display and noted a few model numbers. Then I requested 2 salesmen whose names I don’t know but they seemed to be more busy in there own world. This was around 8 PM and the store was not crowded.
Finally, I approached a salesman (and not at all a gentleman) called Bhanu. He very reluctantly understood my requirements(model# and size etc.) and had me waiting for another 15-20 minutes before getting me the pair I had asked for. I tried it, didn’t like and told him that I will get another model# from the display. I got to the display shelves and got 3 more model numbers to try by which time Bhanu told all your salesmen not to help me. By this time, I was the only customer along with a very few others on the 2nd floor.
On my repeated requests all of them denied giving me the shoes I had asked for. I found out that someone called Kalyan was in-charge and told him about my situation but all in vain. Bhanu, by now, was all aggressive - I guess because he saw me talking to Kalyan and asked me to leave and never come back. I could not get the shoes I was looking for, however, I managed to get your e-mail ID ssopl_16a@yahoo.co.in and a contact person - Mr. I. K.Gupta.
I haven’t written to that e-mail ID thinking it to be bogus and incorrect. Please note that your store is being managed by goons in Connaught Place, Delhi and those buggers don’t have the foggiest idea of how to talk to your customers. If you do not take a stock of things at the earliest, you will lose your customer base to other significant-many shoe makers in Delhi.
That’s all I wanted to say - may be I will never go back to Sreeleathers, Delhi store. Your services suck and you treat your customers badly. I have got 7 shoes from you so far, 2 out of the last 3 shoes were broken in less than 90 days of purchase. So, not even your products support the hype around your name anymore.
