Yesterday 25.8.22 I made a visit to your hospital to book a doctors appointment at room no. 8 , ground floor at about 7 pm. The male assistant who was in charge of helpdesk in the room was very uncooperative and without giving me an appointment asked me to contact the main reception in a rather careless and rude manner. When I asked for a doctors appointment on 9.9.22, the lady at the extreme right desk replied that booking was full. I asked her to see the position on 2.9.22 to which she replied that was full too. But after reaching home on checking with your website i could fing that bookings were available on 2.9.22 and I booked the same for an additional conveyance fees of Rs.50/-. The careless attitude of your staff had rendered my visit pointless and costed me an additional expense of Rs.50/-. Kindly rectify .
