I hope this review reaches you all. I just want to say please don’t take your loved ones to this hospital, rather than helping you they will torture you and will eventually kill your patient. It’s been almost 2 months I lost my mother, I am still in trauma but just wanted to help others by writing this review. I want to specifically mention the doctors name Dr Monika Jain, Dr. Lamba, Dr. Ritu and entire team of Gastro department. These are useless team of doctors who don’t have any knowledge of their domain. My mother was diagnosed with liver problem and her condition was not critical at all but Monika Jain recommended her such treatment and medicines that her condition got worsened. She told us to get her admitted to the hospital then after when she was tested negative for Corona Virus she was shifted to MICU(department ICU). I don’t know whether this is due to ongoing corona situation doctors are not even interested in treating the patient irrespective of their negative Covid report only nurses were there with the patient. We have to literally beg them to see our patient’s condition. We were given only 15 minutes to meet our patient. No food and water was provided to her during these 4 days. For food they told that she was not able to gulp it and for water they can’t give due to liver problem. No efforts were made to give her food and water. I stayed there for all 4 days apart from torturing the patient, they tortured me and my family, shouted at us, humiliated all of us and finally when we decided to take our patient to other hospital, on that same day they made our patient’s condition critical and she was declared dead. It’s not just us, other families were also there who have paid hefty amounts, their family members are on ventilators and there is no improvement in them as well. I have seen people begging Doctors to help them. This hospital have a set procedure of killing people they will get the person admitted, put him in ICU, then won’t treat you, put the person on ventilator to charge huge amount and then will eventually kill the person. After experiencing all this I have lost my faith in humanity. I think Doctors are no more God, they all have become greedy people who just want money. I will pray to GOD that Karma will hit them all soon. I know my mother won’t be back but with this review if I am able to save someone’s life by not recommending this hospital I’ll be more than happy.
