This company, Sri Jagdamba Pearls mostly famous for its fashion jewellery and pearls had given the company’s gift vouchers to the DNA newspaper in Mumbai for the contest related to this newspaper. I had received the gift voucher and claimed it on their company’s online website. But, they did not live up to their promise and did not give the prize as per the rules and so when I called them on the phone several times, they told me that they shall give the claimed prize, but I did not receive it. Then, after that I stopped calling them and finally gave up. It should not have been done by them and so I am greatly disappointed with their attitude and behaviour regarding this matter. But while they have done so, they still send the sms and emails related to purchase their products without any shame at all.
