We have been great fans of you and the top-class service that you have been providing on international flights. So much that we felt a tad too disappointed then usual when the first leg of the flight that we booked from Blr -> CMB -> MALE, got rescheduled from friday to fly on saturdays and no intimation of the same was sent to us via mails or calls.
We promptly arrived at the airport on the friday and learnt on the spot about this change in departure timings!
We then immediately cancelled the round trip and rebooked flights flying on friday and another flight with sri lankan, this time a one way ticket back from Male > Colombo and then Colombo > Bangalore.
We put our trust again on the airlines thinking, mistakes happen and surely we will get the refund for the cancelled flight.
Sadly, its been a month of that trip(which was coincidentally also our morpheushumanneymoon trip) and there has been no refund.

Remarks: cancelling flight tickets for booking ID ZYVGJQ because flight was rescheduled which is not acceptable. Please refund 100%as we were not informed in advance. Is there anything else that we need to do from our side so that we receive the refund. Any help is very much appreciated and expected from Sri Lankan. We still believe that Sri Lankan is to be trusted and we genuinely morpheushumanpe you do not let us down.
