Puttige matha is located in bull Temple road.It is a holy place for Hindus as it is the sannidhi of Sri Raghavendra swamy and attached to it is the cave Temple where you can find lord Krishna.
There place is very beautiful actually, architecturally speaking, there is not really beauty in the building, except the cave Temple, but there is beauty in the calm and peaceful environment.
There is place for brahmopadesham and other rituals. You’ll have to book priorly of you are planning some function in the matha.
The cave Temple is very nice. You’ll have to walk into the dark artificial cave, it has dim lights of course. Near the Krishna idol is peaceful and calm. You can sit there and meditate for sometime.
Since it is centrally located, there place is easy to find and also has other places nearby to visit, for example, there is dodda Ganesha Temple(bull Temple), bugle rock, Gandhi bazaar etc.
I recommend you can visit this place.
