SRI SANKARA VIDYALAYA, is a C.B.S.E affilated school located at street-2&3, Sector-10, Bhilai. If one wishes to be in the best school of the town, S.S.V has to be on the top of cards certainly. It has all essential facilities which a quality institution should have and the school offers just the perfect combination of academics, sports, cultural and social education. The huge campus consists of smart- classrooms, Computer and Science Labs, lecture rooms, A big auditorium, playground and a gym. The way of teaching in this institution is as good as any big school of C.G. The more important thing is the environment, S.S.V has a very positive setup for students as learning happens with better environment. The teachers are never too strict but they make sure students are moving on to the right direction. Moreover, The school has always managed to produce many C.B.S.E merit students of the town. Fiitjee has a tie-up with the school under which it trains students for IIT-JEE and C.B.S.E exams at the same time within the campus and during school hours, also this school holds the record of producing most number off IIT’’ans in a single Calender year (31 students) in Chattisgarh.
