If you want to join as a teacher then please change your plans. They preach values but its only for others. Be good, help others, be kind is to all others not to them.
They don’t have any respect for teachers nor for their work. they make you work like a donkey and will give u peanuts. If you are given neet duties they eat half of the money. you were standing the whole day you were working and segregating but they reap the money.
Geeta is the VP of this school who favours those who don’t work but only always lick her boots.
Reshma is the principal of this school. She doesn’t maintain that decorum or dignity but speaks like cheap and low-class people when she scolds. She humiliates teachers infront of others.
If you want to get punished in school then definitely you can join.
one day teachers came late to the meeting that’s because we all know the principal and VP they come very late we have hell lot of work and so in order not to waste our time. As we were 10mins late principal made all the teachers even who are older to her stand as a punishment for 10min. Then I have a question. We are asked to come on government holidays n made us wait for 2hrs by VP then she should also get that punishment na?
This is just a sample! If any injustice done to you and if you raise your voice you are gone. They don’t look at rectifying the mistake or problem solving because they don’t have those skills at all if they have they would have. These people talk about problem identifying and solving skills, nonsense. There are many teachers who left the school and were thrown out because of these people. Sri Sri Ravishankar’s name is spoiled or may be he is also like this who knows? At times 50 teachers together left the school that just doesnt matter because they have target of involving new people in AOL so Reshma does this way. They throw out people and new people who are not much aware join and gets stuck
If they have to conduct any exam incase due to personal issue you cannot then to show gratitude to those who came they will give extra money but not from their pocket but from ur pocket. They cut your salary and give it to them haa but not to all to their relatives who dint come that day they have given and they talk about dharma, good deeds.
Many times even office people struggle to reach them but what they are doing playing shuttle cork and showcasing by not taking call as if very very busy people.
