I approached the showroomon 24th Feb’18 stating that I need RE TB350 by 4th mar’18. Also informed him I will be available only on weekends so any signing should be happening on weekends for which he agreed. At first the sales person mentioned that the bike is not available. If it is available he will make arrangements to deliver it on 4th. So I left the showroom. The same day he called me saying they just got the bikes arrived so if I aishwaryasingh23 Rs. 5000/- and book it on before 25th he will make arrangements to deliver it by 4th. Going with his words paid the booking amount. After immediately aishwaryasingh23ing the booking amount he said I need to come in mid of of the week to sign documents. I was shocked. As I said before that I will be available only on weekends for which he agreed and now he asks me to come in weekdays. I asked him the same. Then he started speaking processes. Later saying that 4th I can do the sign by Friday 9th mar’18 he can give me the bike. I was hesitant but the sales guy started promising that he will make arrangements to get it delivered by 9th.
I agreed and waited till 4th for financial arrangements but nothing happened. Called the sales person @10am. He said he will check and get back in few minutes, hours passed no response. Called him at 4pm he did not pick up my call. I went to the showroom. Another salesman approached me thinking I am a new customer. I immediately responded that I need to cancel my booking. The salesman who forced me to to buy with false promises approached me giving blah blah explAnasultantion for not attending my phone. Took me to a finance guy. Who then started with documentation. I hesitated and asked to cancel my booking as I am not convinced with service. Then came sales head saying that for sure he will make arrangements to get the bike delivered on 10 and asked me to sign the agreement.
I was still hesitant. He convinced me promising he will make it happen. I 2nd time believed them and signed the agreement. Once they got the money on 9th Friday the sales head called me saying that RTO did not happened on Friday so I will not get my bike on Saturday.
My concern is, they are not keeping up their promises in sales then how will it be when coming for services.
Do not approach this show room if you are in need of immediate delivery.
