Hello friends just wanted to let you know that I had visited this city Gurgaon and watch a movie with my friends and I was very disappointed with the ambience and customer service
We are carrying our luggage as we need to take our flight on that day too so we carry our luggage too but the mall don’t have to luggage counter and we have to carry our baggage inside the cinema hall it was really annoying.
Although the ticket price is reasonable how ever the screen as compared to other cinema hall is very small moreover the show started late about 15 min and there is only one ticket counter and we need to wait for our turn to come.
As we are carrying our baggage and standing in queue for a longer time is very disappointed the administration is not good.
So overall experience from this theatre is not good.
