Simply say the staff service of SRS is very poor. Everything is fine in SRS except its staff. We all know there is much crowd when a good movie released. I had face the problem only in SRS. We went there on my birthday to watch a movie. We were 10 persons, we went there in the morning but we plan to watch movie in evening just because we have to rush somewhere else. But we took tickets of evening show. usually we only check movie name, audi number and seat numbers on our ticket. When we reached there on timing of the movie. Me and my two friends entered there in the end. when ticket checker check the date, he saw it was previous date’s tickets. he refused us to enter. Then he said talk on the counter from where you got the tickets. we rushed there and talked to ticket maker. He only said its your fault sir. we all were frustrated and shouted on him. Then he called manager, he found his staff’s fault, on the other hand he defend his staff and said the inconvenience was only because of the counter was crowded. we were not angry because we missed our 20 mins movie. we only angry because it was done only on my birthday.
