DVOIS SSV(i-on scam), Its really most pathetic experience from DVOIS SSV i-on for first ever time in 35 years of my age.
Guys if you are planning to get DVOIS SSV, do not take DVOIS SSV in Navi Mumbai, its just like throwing your money in trash,
I took SME 5MBps connection in Belapur and paid upfront 7900/- in June 2015 from DVOIS SSV for there i-on plan.
Since last two months I am struggling to get the stable connection:
1.customer service number provided never responds,
2.Shruthisharma guy Mr Ram Mishra and NITES_Companyh who Sold(Stole) 7900/ package to me are absconding and not taking any calls.
- customercare@i-on.in email id provided by company, never replies to your mails or tickets, they just close the tickets ASAP when you raise it.
They are selling service for which they do not have the proper infrastructure, so they just take the money and run away.
I am going to file FIR under fraud and absconding case against the Owner of DVOIS SSV, because they are least bother about what they are doing. It sounds like they have license to cheat people. I will teach them lesson, its not India you might be thinking of 20 yrs back.
Friends, give your money to beggars or needy rather than DVOIS SSV SCAMS.
