I'm the angry Saint !

So if I take all metallica albums and arrange them chronologically, it would also reveal that St. Anger was their worst album so far. However, being a huge metallica fan I would like to give them another chance to revive themselves. I happen to be a guitarist and even after trying real hard I was not able to hear any ’’classy’’ guitaring. All I heard was Bass and Drums. The lyrics also fail to make an impact.

There was a time when Metallica were up against Slayer !! Those times are gone now and Metallica seems to be headed towards pop land. Might as well ’’turbanize’’ them, put a few skimpily clad females around them and make them dance to the tune of some ’’Balle Balle’’ song.

The first few albums, like Justice, Lightning, even the Black album and Load were awesome. Few people are aware that Hammet is actually a student of Joe Satriani and it is evident in his playing style. I’m sure Satriani must also be disappointed. To think that Metallica were inspired by the great Black Sabbath. Even Ozzy must be puking down the poor bat’s throat.

Extremely disappointing album. Don’t even feel like writing anymore about it !!
