I sent a hard drive from haldwani through blazeflash courier to Chennai SEAGATE. The blazeflash forwarded it to stupid stcourier. and when I contacted seagate, they said they didnt receive my hard drive yet.
when I tried to contact ST. Courier, first of all they asked me the consignment no. and they said to call them after 15 mins. when I contacted them after 15 mins then also they asked me consignment no. and again they told me to contact me after 15 mins.
This went on happening 3 times. and the fourth time I contacted I just talked to them very rudely. After that they didn’t pick-up my call for 2 days. and when I tried to contact them again with another no. and tried to make them understand the whole situation they cut the call in between. It seems they have either lost my product or either they have kept it with themselves. A simple word to describe them PIRATES but I will not be quiet.
I will take legal action against them.
To all the people who wants to go for courier service. NEVER IN YOUR LIFE CHOOSE ST COURIER..
