Worst service I have experienced. I have send a DD to confirm my admission in a college at Anand, Gujarat. The last date for reaching the admission office is 19th May. I couriered through your company on 14th May. The packet returned back due to non availability of service over there.
I came to know that the packet has been returned only when I called the ST Courier head office, no information about the return is given by the company to the customer. When I took the packet back from the Perungalathur ST courier main office, the person working there said that he will send the packet again through different courier service and it will cost extra Rs.400.
How come the person working in ST Courier can work for other courier companies. The person told me he has contact in all the services. Is he doing the middle man job for other services.
When I enquired in the ST Courier agency through which I sent my parcel, the woman working there says, she has no clue about the services and its the duty of the main office to inform the customer.
But we send only through the respective agencies, why are the people not informed? My packet has to reach Anand on 19th May, but it reached me back in Chennai, that too due my own effort I tracked it.
Please know that every customer mail something important and they spend extra money for courier service than verbal publicity.
