I have used ST courier for sending my shipment from Bangalore to Anantapur(which is 200 km away, and can be reached in 4 hours on road). However, it failed to reach even after 4 days(till today, and we are still waiting.)
When checked with the Customer service guy, he told me that it has been sent from Bangalore to Hyderabad(which is 550 km away.) and from there it would reach Anantapur!
For those who know NH-7, these guys have crossed Anantapur while reaching Hyderabad, and now they would be travelling back to Anantapur to deliver my shipment!:-)
Who on earth designs a Cargo transport logic this way? Pathetic and illogical. Isn’t it?
None of their phone numbers given on the website work, and they call themselves an ISO Certified organisation!
I strongly DON’T RECOMMEND this courier service!
