My wife’s second delivery was in Philomenas on Nov-29th 2013. She had a C-section. (planned one)
Overall experience is nice and good and worth the money you spent. The nursing is excellent. I doubt very few in Bangalore can match with care that they are providing .
Middle of City .C-section done by Julie Thomas (who is consulting in Electronic City –phase 1 Ramakrishna Hospital, we were consulting her since we are from Electronic City).
Peadiatric is a nice. Dr. Rajeev. Nurse will give bath to mother and child daily. Very clean room and have space in room.
We chose Jward rooms, which are very silent - Even though E-ward is special for delivery. (it is little nosy even though separate rooms are there)
There are three type of rooms in Jward (we opted the top end , which was cheap compared to corporate hospital rooms with similar features)
We went on Friday 29th Nov and got discharged on Dec 2nd. We had Future Generali insurance. Overall cost was 62K + some misc medical bill around 2k.
Only thing I didnt likr was the insurance consultant lady in Jward, who is not up to the mark .
we needed to follow up with her .:)
