I go my wife admitted for delivery in this hospital. We were visiting Dr. Asha Sharma my experience with this hospital is horrible . In the name of private they charge enough money as compared to forties or max hospitals, but their service compared to them is pathetic. They don’t have drinking water for patients, you need to arrange for it. For TPA patients they don’t offer GIPSA packages so their prices are double as compared to Fortis and Max hospitals.
Okay for all the TPA formalities you need to run everywhere from doctors to nursing staff to clerical staff. In order to submit documents for cashless it took me one day after around 10 follows ups and running from this to that person. The behavior of clerical staff is like that they are doing favor to us. Wards don’t have proper lighting, toilets are not good.
After paying a hefty amount you can expect that they should be good. If have to comment on the quality of doctors, some of the doctors are really good. but other than few doctors there is no good thing in this hospital which I can appreciate. I will never ever go to this hospital and will never advise anyone to go there. It was the most horrible experience of my life. No body listen here neither to patients nor to the attendants.
