Poor Protocol and Customer Service
purchased a couple of items on StalkBuyLove( 2 sets of leggings) .
To my dismay, even after getting the smallest size, it would not fit me and looked awful ( particularly the grey legging with side net patch work which wasn’t in a straight line and went haywire on my leg and looked disgusting) .After speaking to about 10 customer representatives ( half of them cutting the call midway) , I still did not get any solution.I wanted a refund which as per their protocol was not an option as the products were purchased during sale. I agreed to it and decided to instead get an exchange with some other item. Disappointingly enough, they refused to even exchange the item with some other product telling me that I can only exchange with the same product in different size.This has never happened on any other fashion e-commerce whether the product was purchased during sale period or not.The products are a waste for me as I can not wear them and I have ended up wasting a lot of money.I would urge people to not buy from SBL in the future. They only deceive people with bad quality products and then don’t take responsibility for the same.
