1.Long back they had a contest where they sent out bracelet bands with clothes. Whoever sent them a pic would be entered in a contest. I entered too. Results were never announced. When I asked them about the same several times they said "here’s a Rs 200 voucher for you cry baby" Thats how they deal with customers. I mean just tell me that the contest has been cancelled rather than attacking me with such unprofessional remarks!
2.SBL is a beautiful website with a great layout, amazing categories, affordable prices & even amazing clothes. The outfits look absolutely gorgeous on the models but the problem is when you get the actual product. 8 out of 10 times the product will not look like displayed on the site, material feels thin & flimsy, product looks nothing like expected, ill fitting items etc.
I used to like this site but sadly, the bad remarks from the admin of the FB page & the quality of clothes are a set back. I wish they’d improve their quality rather than concentrating on quantity!
