I recently bought a top from Stalk buy love. Although I previously had a bad experience from this website, but after getting an apology on this site I though maybe they really are sorry and will really work on their customer service. Besides I really wanted that color of the top hence ordered it. however, after I received it, it didnt fit me well so I thought of returning it.
I called them and ask for return, I even asked if I can get a refund to which they said that it is possible although store credit is better because I can use it for 1 year before it expires. I insisted refund to which they said ok. my order was picked up in two days.
But I didnt get any refund I got a store credit! I called the customer service yet again to ask and the response was "it is just Rs.599 why don’t you just buy something online because your refund will take long" I was shocked at hearing this. I said no I do not like anything else hence I would like it back. he then told me to mail my account details and order no. I am never gonna buy a thing from this website!
