I am using standard chartered credit card from last 12 years.
I called for a failed transaction even then standard chartered charged, when I called they told it will be reversed. First it was reversed but again It reflected in next statement.
I have to call 10 times and waste my 5-6 hours just to explain a failed transaction which they should reverse automatically as the vendor has not charged to them.
From last 3 years their service level is going from bad to worse.
Phone support. Is not available, they made you wait for 15 minutes when you call them even for emergencies and try to divert to internet banking.
After picking the call freshers have been hired who do not know even basic queries. They do not understand anything.
