It is too disappointing that Standard Chartered Bank customer care sucks.They do not know how to talk to customers.I had issued a cheque to Standard Chartered Bank which has been cleared by Standard Chartered, but the money didnt come in.All I needed was to help with to investigate that what happened with the cheque if it came in at all.I was ready to share the cheque number.They said, "We cannot help."They were not ready to connect me to the concerned department. Very rude and unhelpful.
