I opened account in scb before 2 months, it is the worst bank I have seen. only things they do fast is giving opening kit and continously calling and irritate you. It takes nearly 2 weeks to get my acc activated. Their transfer facilities are also poor. they dont even have IMPS facility.
I cant find any scb atm centers. their agents are calling me from different phone numbers and asking proof for nearly 5 times. they have many hidden charges. they dont even have good customer care service. when I am calling their customer care and ask about debit card charges, they dont even know. they said to ask for bank which is 300 kms away from my home
