Well, If I can give a Negative rank to this bank, I’d certainly give it. This bank is a money eater bank and has no values of treating their customers. I’d better be associated with SBI, Axis or ICICI bank whose customer support at least listens to it’s customers and treats properly.
These Standard chartered customer care folks are really very rude whenever you call them and are very bad. I really do not suggest this bank at all. Unless and until you wanna lose your hard earned money, open an account with them, if you dun wanna throw away ur money, pls consider Axis, ICICI or SBI.
Stick with the banks which care. Ignore this Foreign bank and bring it down.
