Listen about this bank from my father.It is a Great bank and good customer service.This is an international and reputed bank since many years which is why I thought of opening an account here. The account opening was very prompt and took me no time! I also applied for a credit card from this bank, and it always has several offers and discounts on movies and dining. Although it’s slightly difficult to locate it’s ATM so more of these would be very helpful!
This bank has an excellent customer service and the branch’s staff is very polite and warm. I opened a fixed deposit with the bank and I was very glad with the rates they offered and the process was very smooth and was completed in a jiffy. Their telecallers are very well spoken and helpful. I was once charged a fee on my credit card twice, and when I called to check they were prompt enough to refund it. They even reply to emails very quickly. They offer housing, gold and car loans and their interest rates are very nominal. Great bank!
