I got my credit a month ago but after that I didn’t receive my online account id /password and neither I am getting bank statement or any thing from your bank. I have called on customer center two three times(each time 20 minutes call) but still not receiving any thing; Customer care representative can’t update my email id correctly it like.
Before selling credit card this dump representative called me 2-3 times in a day but after only I am calling in your bank. If bank can’t provide the service then why it doesn’t close it’s services.
In my advise if anyone wants to open his or her account in this bank in India they should not except any service.
