I didn’t find the Manhattan card that bad.... I am using this for the past 1 year. The only problem I faced was the payment of credit card bills as the office in Bangalore was far from where I stay...
I took thsi card because I liked the look of the card ( thsi is really dumb!!!) but if you have a look of the card you will know. Also, my friend told me that if you are a travel freak then take this card as manhattan offers too many things every weekend.
but the customer care( and they really care!!!) told me an option of dropping the cheques at the place closest to my stay...
Also, once they received the payment i.e.e the cheque after the due date. They chrged me with the late payment charges but when I spoke to the customer care they reverted the charges and apologised for the mistake whcih they didn’t commit.
Regarding calling customer care, I dial the bangalore number which is one-dial one pick kind...
Ya, the netbanking doesn’t work at all...
In one line, this card is guddddd for people who want to enjoy life every moment..
