Worst customer service and their sleeping bosses

I have requested a refund of my excess excess payment on 8th of this month. Wonderful customer service has ensured that I don’t receive my cheque for a year from now. After waiting for 8 working days I was told cheque was returned due to incorrect. One of the idiot in their company has bothered add some additional info to my address which resulted in cheque returning back to them

On miss Sarah Finne was prompt to call me back this Monday and provide info regarding their mistake, still the cheque has not reached me till date .

Those who are reading this please ensure you never tie up for any relation ship with this company. I m going to cancel their card once I receive my refund, I if cancel before I doubt they would eat up that also.

Customer service and their heads are one flock of sleeping bunch apart from a auto response nobody has bothered to respond to my concern till date or they are waiting for seven days to complete and then start investigation.
