I am a Manhattan card holder for the last one and a half year and I think this is one of the coolest cards in town. the best part is their sms program through which you get know about all the cool things on the Manhattan card.
things like, movie premieres, music concerts, food fests, yoga sessions and also about product fetures like cashback on air travel, loan on your cards. these sms are non-intrusive and unlike other cards, the manhattan guys don’t pester you with calls.
another great feature is that they send you regular sms on your payments dates, amount dues and also when spend on your card is too high - not too many banks do that on their own as they want you overspend on the card, but not Manhattan.
now they also have an option by which you just have to send a sms to get to know your card balance. this is very helpful when you go to make your credit card payments. the manhattan thursdays offer is also quite good - you can get one free ticket every thursday at inox if you swipe your card.
my experience with the helpline has been quite good - the best part is that Manhattan doesn’t have that irritating ivr thing and you get to speak to a human voice every time. the helpline is equipped to take decisions and have even reversed my charges after I spoke with the team leader.
