The less said about this bank the better I had a credit card of this bank for a period of 3 years, on renewal they charged some fees which I felt was unwarranted I complained about the same and did not use the card, but to my utter suprise I was charged for the same and the last straw was that they were charging me Late fees and service charges for the same, Had changed the correspondence address on their website 2 years back but till date the statments arrive at my old address ( I think this is Technology).
Their customer service officers called and promised me that the dues would be waived but to my utter disgust the old used to be waived and new charges which were never incurred by me were shown as outstanding. Today I receive a statment wherein they have mentioned that I have been put in the Defaulters List and the same will affect my credit worthines, this is totally unacceptable and have put in a mail to them, but if any of you can help me in getting this resolved would appreciate the same.
