I am very much disappointed with your worst kind of business strategy.
I am a fresh MANHATTAN CARD holder.
When this MANHATTAN Card offer first introduced to me, I asked the guy, if I will not use the card for a year then whether I will be charged? She told me “NOTHING WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU”. I also asked her what should be the combined card limit and interest rate? She told me Rs.-47, 000/- and 1.99%. I consulted with my other friends enjoying the MANHATTAN with Rs.-47, 000/- and 1.99%, having the same salary scale with me.
But, unfortunately when the card came in my grip, I got Combined credit limit Rs.-25000/- and interest rate 2.49%. And when I gone through the instructions I found Rs.-250/- will be charged if the card will not be used for 6months.
So, This is the limit. I don’t want to keep any relation with the bank, to whom I have no trust. I don’t want to discuss about it any more. Please, Please, Please, Let me know, what I have to do, to surrender this MANHATTAN CARD. What ever I will be charged to surrender the card, I will gladly accept the amount to recover my huge mistake( felt into your business trap ).
