I recently took help of Reallex consulting Services for paying up my Property tax( 1st year) / Khata Transfer services and had a very bad experience with them.
For paying first year property tax they went to BBMP office and got a calculation which was completely wrong( 3x than the regular fees/charges) and they had to visit the office second time for which they charged me Rs.1000 extra( this was never mentioned in the initial quote) when asked they could not answer!
BBMP guy gave a calculation thinking the house was let out and thats the first trick they play to collect more taxes unless we ask for it to be changed( not self occupied) and these guys blindly asked me to pay that amount in-spite of telling them that the house was never on rent. When requested they blindly said its between you and BBMP please sort it out yourself.
Worst part is that Reallex people goto BBMP office and call me to talk to the BBMP people( def not professional enough to deal things themselves) and they have no clue as to what’s happening with the calculations, when asked for a breakup they do not reply back to my emails for two days!
I feel they don’t seem to take any responsibility towards customer and give blind calculations as provided by BBMP without even cross checking the same.
