I had the worst experience booking with StarAir, if these guys are not committed to fly why have they started the company. They cancelled our flights twice and that too in last moment & neither offering any replacement to the flight. I have booked my flight 1.5 months in advance & they have cancelled the flight in the last moment on asking the reason they said operation issue. Now my that money is blocked also I have to book new flights which will cost be twice the amount. Also reaching out to the customer care took me 1.5 days, no proper customer support & zero resolution to problem. I will never book my flight with StarAir in future, simply worst experience.
