Recently me and my hubby had been to start beach resort at colva south goa.We had received a 2 day 2 night free voucher from my brother and were very excited about the stay. we were not ecpecting the resort to be great and only wanted to spend good time at goa.However we did come across other people there who did pay a lot of money from their pockets and were not getting value for money.hence writing this review to warn new people about this resort.
no power backup.people who booked ac rooms were shouting that they paid for ac and didnt even get fan.
after constant complains on the 2nd day the resort people did start the generator.
3.on day 2 no room attendant came to our room for room cleaning or refilling water.
4.food service was slow and very less variety.most of the things mentioned in menu were also not available.
5.soap also not provided.
6.day1 itself , noone even provided us water for drinking.the room service guy took the flask for filling water and never returned.
7.day2 evening when we reminded that our room was not cleaned despite 3 reminders throughout the day, they were giving excuse that its already 7pm now.finally on our insistence they send the guy to clean the room.
8.when there was no power , they only lit a candle and gave us.were not even ready to give a match box.
9.no remote for tvs.
10.only advantage is the resort was close to colva beach and they had a nice swimming pool, where we were the only 2 people in the pool :-)
