Really it was my worst experience of shopping. These are SHAMELESS IDIOTS. Not a single person I got who is happy by shopping with them. I ordered for a utsavi jewelry collection, and I got the defected set. This happened on Dec 03, 2011.
I immediately called customer care and complained about this. They never turned up and I called about 10 times after that and they always try to make fool by false promises. Till date they have not come back to me.
