BEWARE OF BIG CROOK --- STAR HEALTH INSURANCE

This is my personal experience, I am a customer from 2014 onwards with customer ID No. 3321338-1.  This year as usual I had renewed my policy without fail.  Each and every time when I put forth a claim STAR HEALTH INSURANCE out rightly rejects my claim on bogus reasons.  I had an accidental fall on 8th of April, 2018 and was fortunate enough to save my life.  My fall was from 8 feet height and due to the impact of fall I fell unconscious.  My friends immediately took me to Renai Medicity  Hospital at Palarivttom, Ernakulam, Kerala.


Since I was having the Star health insurance policy my family members immediately reported the same to the hospital authorities.  At the time of admission the cause of action was immediately informed to the actuality doctors who were on duty. After the treatment I was declared as fortunate enough without any serious injury like killing of oneself from the impact of fall.


I was discharged from hospital on 10/04/2018 with a shocking news that STAR HEALTH INSURANCE has rejected my insurance claim. I didnt had any single penny with me as I had taken a policy which enables me for cashless treatment and the hospital which I was admitted comes under the list of cashless payment.  I immediatey called my agent he then contacted his seniors at Ernakulam and Thiruvananthauram  along with heads of South  India.


However, stereotype answers were received from all from top to bottom of STAR HEALTH INSURANCE.


Hence it is my humble request that please beware of this crooks, dont let them loot any of our brothers and sisters.  I will update more details along with my rejection report without fail.  But beware of the crooks STAR HEALTH INSURANCE Co.
