Star_Health is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
They rejected a bacterial infection treatement claim with a reason of Pre-existing disease. They decided this based on a CT Scan which clearly stated Previously Healed KOCH’s infection. Doesnt that mean the existing one was cured? Now. They even claim that this originally occured in 2011 whereas my mother was originally infected in 2008.
“dated 06.01.2016 of Deep Clinic that the insured patient is a known case of Koch’s from November 2011”
And they did this.so that they can deny the claim using exclusion clauses 1 of their policy.
"wherein please note since this is a declared ped, the same will get covered only after 4 continuous years of policy as per the policy terms & conditions"
Eventually they are only going to reject all claims, I am glad I suffered this in first year of my policy.
