I Ported a ICICI Lombard Health policy toa StarHealth Insurance policy in the Month of Nov2016. Later after 6/7 days, my address changed i.e. I transfered from Akola to Mumbai. I communicated it to the person with whome I dealt. Her name is Mamta on her contact number. I even send a whatsapp mesg to her with new address. Since that day, I yet not received my policy document whereas it is mandatory to send the hard copy of policy document. Everytime I called, she gives a phone to other employee and he gives some excuses. She is afraid of me talking on phone. Its a nightmare for me since the day I purchased a policy from Starhealth. Before taking policy that dumb lady used to call me 5/6 times everyday giving me the benefits of the policy and not running away.
I request all of u, before purchasing any policy from Starhealth, think 1000 times otherwise you will also spend your values time in calling the company. Save time and save money by kicking off this company.
Just to deliver the policy, this company behaving like this, just think what will happen when u submit the document for any claim
