Star health insurance has been purely business minded. They lure old people promising them cashless services for senior citizens, but when claim is sent, cashless is rejected straight away given unnecessary reasons.
After the treatment if the claim is sent, it is rejected giving false reasons just to avoid paying. service is very bad and in some cases they have rejected the certificates given by experienced genuine doctors. I would not suggest anybody to go for star health insurance.
