Joking with customers

I had purchased a mediclaim policy from you & given a cheque of rs.4478.00  dated 30.12.10 of sbi which had cleared on 5.01.11 from my account to star insurance. But after more 3 month I have received any letter from your side. By this attitude I can clearly understand your attitude about your customers. If any thig will happen in this period who wlll be responsible. Your agents are only tolerating this issue. I had purchased another policy hence you are requested to refund my above said amount.
