I will not even begin to comment on rates and services. This is the most third class policy I ever bought. I bought it for my son and self. We are both healthy ( thank god for that ) and this was for just in case scenario. The network of hospitals is hopeless. Throughout the year I kept requesting them for a health check up as was detailed in the policy. Nobody knew how to guide me. No hospital accepted the card and it was just a piece of trash in my purse. They we rude and couldn’t care less once they had made a sale.
After one year all of a sudden the same insurance agent showed up to ask me if I was willing to renew the poilicy., after he had dropped me like a hot potato post selling the policy. On day one it was supposed to provide for IPD services in Apolloo. After I signed up Apollo just disappeared from the list.
Dont even go there.
