Star health claim isssue

This is pavan kumar I have taken policy on December -2016 with star healt optima insurance So my wife has been hospitalized on 10th october 2017 due to typhoid fever in yashoda hospital located at secunderabad I have applide for cashless hospitalization after joining next day hospital mangement has been given a letter that my claim has been denail due to all the documents are normal. Then I approched to my doctor and infomrmed that my policy has been denail and I requested for re considration letter . After given that letter management had sent to insurence company. And next day got a another letter thai clam has beeen denail . In that letter they have been mention that u can undergo for reembersment so I have called my agent and informed about the process then he told to pay the money and u can undergo for reembuusment .so I paid the amount and applied for the reembursment I paid total sum of amount is 42000 . then I applied for reembursment and then again they have rejected my claim due to all the documents are normal they have not giving any intimations about my claim rejection . My agent also not given any responce . my policy renewal time also over. Star health policy is the worst policy they are not even giving claims to fever how can we believe the isurance .


This is the worst policy I have ever seen. No insurance company doctor has been visited when my wife is in hospital. Plz dont take star health. Agents work only for commissions. If u want full details call me on 9985757970
