Star_Health is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have taken policy 4 years back. and my latest renewd policy number is : P-700001-01-2013-004058.
for this year when I want to renew it, I found the policy is no more there. even I called to customer care , they were telling no policy is there with the policy number. This proves the worst cheating mentality of star health insurance.
Can some one please take initiative and book case against them. I am just common man. I donot want somebody cheated like me.
so please do not take any policy with star, they are bloody cheaters. I hope some other person will defenetly book case against star and they will close their business.
