star health insurance have good customer support system . they will assist you for any of your concern regarding health insurance . they have toll free numbers and also online chat support to interact with their customers.
claims settlement :
In my 3 years of tenure with star health I had never used cashlesss hospitalisation as didnt ill . so it would be uncertain fir me to say about claims settlement .
rate / premium :
their premium are competitive and economical compare to other players .
range of plans :
range ifnplans is not that much great .
staff attitude :
staff is polite and professionnal attitude . they will support you in your every concern and issue end to end .
my overall verdict is go for star insurance .
