I really think that this company is fraud. I have 2 policies, one on my mother’s name and one on my father. I had an issue with non-issue of pre-medical reimbursement costs for my mother. I was asked to raise the issue with Mr Manish Bansal at the Gurgaon centre.I did that but never got any feedback from him (in september 2010). Escalated the issue with IRDA as well but to no avail!. Recently, I had an issue with my father’s policy and I needed a duplicate card to be issued. Again, I called Mr Manish Bansal and followed up with a mail on 18th March 2011.Forget any redressal even the mail was not acknowledged. I guess Star health especially the Gurgaon office of which the "great" Mr Bansal is part of is a Big black hole. A very bad company. If this is the way you treat customers who has not filed a claim, I wonder how others fare when they file a claim with you.People stay away especially if you are from the NCR regionDr Dhar
